A license and a download are different
A plugin download provides its package. A license is a separate product entitlement and may be needed for product features, updates, or support.
Product-specific limits
License site limits and duration vary by product. Review the product page and its license terms for the applicable details.
Updates
Update availability depends on the active entitlement and may be controlled for each license. A “No Updates” status does not necessarily mean that an otherwise valid plugin license is disabled.
If you need help, contact support with the product name and the update message you see. Do not send a full license key.
